Workmens Compensation ? Duration of payments ? Construction of statute. The statutory limitation that compensation for permanent partial disability shall not exceed maximum compensation for total disability and shall not exceed total compensation for total loss of member causing partial disability refers only to total weekly compensation and not to duration of such award, and duration is governed by statute permitting compensation for 500 weeks for permanent partial disability and for 50 weeks for temporary partial disability.
